Home Delivered Meals
Description
Provides home delivered meals to individuals who are unable to cook or shop, have no one to prepare food for them, are recuperating at home, recent hospital discharge, have physical or mental limitations that prevent cooking for one's self, are caregivers of a disabled individual, or are permanently disabled.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm.
Eligibility
Clients unable to prepare food during a short term convalescence or long term disability.

Program Fees
Noon meal only $7.50; combination noon meal plus supper sandwich meal is $13.00.
Customers 60 years of age or older who have difficulty paying the fee may be eligible to receive assistance through Chautauqua County Office for the Aging by calling NY Connects at 716-363-4582.
