Description
An education and awareness program for separated and/or divorced parents and significant others who want to reduce conflict and parent effectively for their children. Topics covered include the impact of separation/divorce on children, cooperative and parallel approaches to co-parenting, legal issues related to custody and/or access, alternatives to litigation, and methods of communication and problem-solving.

Hours
Groups are available Tuesday evenings, Wednesday Mornings and Saturday mornings; call for information.

Eligibility
Court ordered or self-referral.

Intake Process
To request an application, call or go online. Provide a copy of court order or referral with the application. Enrollment form can be either faxed to 716-896-4236 or via email to michele.wittman@ccwny.org or mailed to Catholic Charities, 1581 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY 14212.

Program Fees
$150 for a 3 week module; sliding scale if client cannot afford cost.
