Medication Assisted Maintenance Treatment for Substance Use Disorders
Description
Offers outpatient methadone treatment. Patients addicted to heroin or prescription drugs receive a liquid dose of methadone, a synthetic opiate that controls withdrawal symptoms. The methadone is taken on-site. Additional program services include: evaluation, individualized treatment planning, counseling (both group and individual), family integration, general health monitoring, educational and vocational counseling, referrals, and criminal justice liaison.
Hours
7 days a week, 6:00am-2:00pm. Dosing is from 6:00am-1:00pm.
Eligibility
18 years old with a verified opiate addiction of at least 1 year.
Intake Process
Physician referrals are not necessary. Self-apply or be referred by another agency.

Sliding fee.
Languages
Spanish speaking counselors available.
