Low Income/Subsidized Private Rental Housing
Description
One and two bedroom apartments specifically designated for low income individuals and families to be energy efficient. Energy efficiency technology has been incorporated into the building resulting in utility costs lower than the Buffalo average.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Eligibility
Must meet income limits based on 50% of area median income for family size.
2021 income limits per family size are as follows:
1 person: $18,300 (minimum), $30,500 (maximum);
2 people: $20,900 (minimum), $34,850 (maximum);
3 people: $ 23,500 (minimum), $39,200 (maximum);
4 people: $26,150 (minimum), $43,550 (maximum).
Income limits are subject to change based on HUD-published rates.

Program Fees
2021 rents are as follows: one-bedroom units are $481 per month plus utilities; two-bedroom units are $564 per month plus utilities. Rents are subject to change based on HUD-published rates.
