Adult Day Program Centers, Adult Out of Home Respite Care
Description
Provides a specialized day program for those with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia related memory loss. Programming includes socialization, case management, nutrition, transportation, recreation, and community involvement. Helps older adults to remain at home and gives caregivers time away from caregiving to help them do whatever they need to do, whether that be running errands, attending appointments, or going to work.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-3:30pm.
Eligibility
Older adults that have Alzheimer's Disease or other dementia related memory loss.
