Family Preservation Programs
Description
Provides home-based family and individual counseling, as well as advocacy and case management services for families where children are at risk of placement or where children have been placed but will be returned home in a short period of time. Helps families navigate behavioral challenges and traumatic experiences through home-based intervention and support.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; evenings and weekends by appointment.
Eligibility
Families mandated by the ECDSS Child Welfare Services.
