Description
Provides wraparound services to children who are seriously emotionally disturbed and at risk of out of home placement.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; flexible appointment times.
Eligibility
Children under 18 years old involved in multiple systems and at risk for out of home placement.

Referral by agency or family; Family Voices Network application must be completed and sent to the Family Voices Network, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202.
