Description
Community center. Serves as a senior meal site (see Hours below). Provides AARP Defensive Driving courses. Offers a summer program and numerous after-school programs and activities, including NURTURE Academy.

NURTURE (Neighborhoods United for Restoration Teaching Upliftment Recreation & Education) Academy is an afterschool program that can help improve the academic performance of school-aged youth in grades K-8. The program’s foundation is centered on four key clubs: Reading, Culture, Debate, and Drama. Students also participate in character education, arts and crafts, and recreational activities that assist in their social development.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm.

Senior Meals: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, 10am-2pm.

Summer program runs from July through mid-August. NURTURE Academy starts in September.

Open to the community.
