Description
Provides transportation for seniors for doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, etc.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm by appointment.
Eligibility
Seniors age 55 and older.
Service Area: Residents of 14208, 14209, 14211, 14215.

Intake Process
Intake and assessment with income documentation required prior to service. Must be 200% or below of the Federal Poverty Level. Call for any questions.
