Description
Provides the following for developmentally disabled individuals with epilepsy:
- Advocacy for all ages
- Support counseling for all ages
- Information and referral for all ages
- Developmentally disabled parent training
- Parenting skills for parents of developmentally disabled children ages birth to 18
- Support groups, including parent support
Other support services may include:
- Case Management/Service Coordination
- Forms preparation assistance
- Outreach
- Scholarship for students with epilepsy
- Social work
- Telephone reassurance
- Advocacy for all ages
- Support counseling for all ages
- Information and referral for all ages
- Developmentally disabled parent training
- Parenting skills for parents of developmentally disabled children ages birth to 18
- Support groups, including parent support

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Eligibility
Developmentally disabled individuals with epilepsy, all ages.
