Description
Provides personal care items (call ahead as supply is limited), prescription assistance, travel crisis assistance, blankets, cough/cold medicine, and other non-food items when available.
Emergency food pantry provides food for 3 meals for 5 days to families having a tough time meeting food needs.
Baby Needs Program meets the emergency needs of infants and very young children by providing them with a supply of diapers, infant formula, baby food, and baby care products. Limited quantities.
Provides pre-packed food baskets for Thanksgiving and Christmas, which will contain all items needed to cook a meal for these holidays. Christmas baskets also contain toys/gifts.

Monday-Friday, 8am-3:45pm, and after hours for emergencies.
Eligibility
Baby Needs Program: Parents with an emergency need.
Food Pantry, Travelers Assistance, Prescription Assistance, Personal Items, & Holiday Baskets: Eligibility established through needs assessment conducted by an office staff member, which generally takes about 15 minutes.
Service Area: Chautauqua County.

Intake Process
First time clients should bring photo ID for their file; after this, documentation won't be needed for the emergency food pantry.
Baby Needs Program: Proof of residency and household size.
Holiday Baskets: Applications accepted in person during hours specified above. Please bring proof of residence, proof of income, social security cards for all family members, and for Christmas baskets, an idea of a toy/gift that your child is hoping for.
