Homeless Permanent Supportive Housing
Description
Provides supportive housing for homeless single parents and their children. Maximum family size, at time of admission, is one adult parent and three children or a pregnant woman in her third trimester. Apartments are fully furnished, with two bedrooms, large community room, coin laundry facilities, and security system in building. Comprehensive case management services provided with life skills programming.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm; Friday, 9am-2pm.
Eligibility
Must be referred from an emergency shelter. Homeless single parents with children or single pregnant women in their third trimester.
