Represents individuals who are unable to afford an attorney. Provides quality legal representation and advocates for the protection of the constitutional rights of clients.

Eligibility
Based upon many factors such as income expenses and the individual’s financial ability to hire an attorney. A determination of eligibility will be made after submitting a Financial Affidavit (see Intake / Application Process).

Service Area: Chautauqua County.

Intake Process
In order to qualify for services, clients must fill out a Financial Affidavit-Criminal Division and return it by mail or in person at one of the interview site locations (see Hours). After the application is reviewed, a determination of eligibility will be made. The financial affidavit should be thoroughly completed to provide a clear picture of financial circumstance.
