Homeless Permanent Supportive Housing
Description
Provides permanent housing in a low demand and non-intrusive environment. Does not require participation in treatment or sobriety as a condition for housing. Residents will be provided private bedrooms, breakfast and dinner, access to local phone calls, secure mail services, computer access and transportation to and from scheduled appointments. On-site management and 24 hour security provided. Opportunities are available to attend trips to community and sports events.
Hours
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Eligibility
Individuals who are chronically homeless and living with severe and persistent mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders with an inability to stay anywhere else.

Intake Process
Individuals will call Homeless Services and give contact location (park, alley, bridge, etc.) and related information; outreach staff will locate individual and begin the assessment.
Program Fees
Vary depending upon income; maximum rent will be 30% of individual's income.
Languages
Spanish speaking staff available.
