Description
Treatment, support, and rehabilitation services for individuals with serious mental illnesses. Experts work with program participants to develop an individualized recovery plan focused on promoting independence and improving quality of life.
Hours
By appointment, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Eligibility
Adults 18 and older with a designated Axis I mental illness who are functionally disabled due to the severity and duration of mental illness and have been recommended for admission by a licensed practitioner of the healing arts.
