* Due to COVID-19, counseling and medication management appointments will be provided via telemedicine, starting with phone sessions. BestSelf clinics remain open for clients unable to access their services via technology but clients are encouraged to call to get the latest updates prior to visiting. *

Offers fully integrated mental health and substance use disorder treatment and services for adolescents and adults.

Services include:
- Counseling and medication treatment services for a variety of mental health and substance use disorders
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Substance use disorder medication assisted treatment
- Health care screening and monitoring for overall health
- Skills building
- Education assistance and vocational services
- Targeted case management and peer services

Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm; Friday, 9am-5pm.

Walk-in appointments: Monday-Thursday, 1pm-4pm; Friday, 9am-12 noon; alternate Wednesdays until 5:45pm and alternate Thursdays until 5pm.

Eligibility
Adolescents and adults with mental health or substance use disorders.

Service Area: Erie County.

Program Fees
Accepts all insurance providers including Medicaid and Medicare; sliding scale available.
