Works to promote positive mental health and functioning in individuals of all ages and their families through clinical treatment, education, planning, advocacy, and linkages to community partners.
Hours
Monday & Tuesday, 8am-7pm; Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, 8am-5pm.
Eligibility
Residents of Cattaraugus County.
Intake Process
Call to discuss treatment options available at Clinics, PROS programs, or care coordination.
Program Fees
Bills most major insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare, and will establish a sliding fee for uninsured individuals.
Languages
Language Interpreter Services available, including for the hearing impaired.
