An organization dedicated to providing strengths-based opportunities to help people achieve economic, physical, and emotional security. CCA offers an array of human services programming, including the following:
- Energy & Housing: Weatherization; Housing Rehabilitation; Mobile Home Replacement
- Property Management: 515 Senior & Disabled Housing; Derby and Kinley Hill SROs
- Nutrition: SNAP and WIC Outreach; Food Pantry; Lighthouse Community Kitchen; Summer Lunch Program; Gleaning
- Transitional Services: Solutions to End Homeless Program, including Utility Assistance; Kinley Hill Emergency Homeless Shelter; Support Services; Mental Health Services in Partnership with the Department of Community Services
- Victim Services: Domestic Violence Services; Sexual Assault Services; Crime Victims Program; Prevention Education
- Youth & Family Services: Families & Schools Together Program; Family Group Conferencing; Attendance Support Program; and other county and school children/family partnership programs; Parenting Workshops; Supervised Visitation; New Pathways to Fatherhood Initiative

Service Area: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Livingston, & Wyoming Counties.
Intake Process
Customers may come to Salamanca offices for intake, screening for program specific eligibility, and application.
