The C.A.P program works to bring awareness to the needs of the community and then implements projects to address those needs.

- AmberLena Kinship Care Center: focuses on kinship care first and foster care second.
- Voiceless TPR (formerly Samantha's Rule): works to obtain orders of protection for children with temporary restraining orders until the age of 18.
- NFP Helpers - working with new non-profits to develop skills and plans.
- Center for Learning
