Description
Provides 24-hour services from trained personal care aides and home health aides.
Also provides a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program to meet the needs of individuals with TBI who require nursing home level care but who prefer to live in their own home or private residence. TBI Program participants receive daily living supports from Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) aides.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
