Description
Offers health screenings, health education programs and other wellness-related activities that focus on preventing or managing chronic diseases and injuries among the growing population of older adults in the community. The goal is for participants to improve their overall health and well being through increased knowledge.
Provides education seminars on a variety of health and wellness topics, medication evaluations, diabetes management, cooking demonstrations, fall prevention, hearing evaluations, health insurance/financial information, family caregiver education and stress management.

Hours
Wellness programs are held mostly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 1pm-2pm, along with some evenings.
