Description
A nonprofit grantee and provider of services for Veterans, service members, and their families across WNY.
Offers a full range of free programs including case management, peer support, behavioral health counseling, employment and education assistance, financial and legal counseling, and housing stability support. Our Peer Support Specialists provide one-on-one guidance and connection, while also facilitating Veteran-focused groups and activities.
Hosts regular events and community activities such as resource fairs, wellness programs, recreational outings, and family-friendly gatherings to strengthen social connection and reduce isolation. Services and events are offered at community-based facilities, designed to provide a safe, welcoming environment where Veterans and their families can access multiple supports under one roof.
Proud to be a Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) provider and an SSG Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program (SPGP) grantee.

US Veterans (regardless of discharge status), service members, and their families.
