Description
Works to empower and ensure prosperity in the Erie County community by building pathways toward gainful employment and well-being. Offers free employment services to job seekers 55 years of age and over as well as employers seeking qualified job candidates throughout all of Erie County. Services for job seekers include resume preparation, development of interviewing skills, training opportunities, computer literacy training (Northstar Digital Literacy) and job placement assistance for full and part-time positions.
Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP): Provides part-time community service assignments to senior individuals at local non-profit, governmental, and public agencies while they continue to seek employment outside of the program.
Also offers weatherization services (see separate listing for Weatherization Assistance Program).

Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4pm.

Job seekers 55 years of age and over residing in Erie County, as well as employers seeking qualified job candidates.
