Description
Provides transportation services primarily within the Southtowns of Erie County. Northtowns service is limited to Clarence and Newstead/Akron. Trip types include medical, grocery and other shopping, personal/social trips, etc.; anywhere the client needs to go to complete daily life routines. Volunteers drive and dispatch vans.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Eligibility
Seniors age 62 or older, disabled individuals, and individuals meeting HUD low/moderate income guidelines.
Service Area: Aurora, Boston, Brant, Clarence, Colden, Collins, Concord/Springville, Eden, Elma, Evans/Angola, Gowanda, Holland, Marilla, Newstead, North Collins, Orchard Park, Sardinia, & Wales.

Intake Process
Complete application with proof of eligibility, available online or by mail. Call into office to make transportation appointments.
Program Fees
Suggested donations of $3.00-$5.00 are accepted. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay.
