Description
Offers self help groups at various locations throughout Western New York for anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, stress, fears of any kind, or anger that is getting in the way of social, work, and home life. Other interested persons are welcome to attend as observers. Local groups meet weekly; see separate listings for specific groups, times, and locations. Phone meetings and chat rooms are available on website (see below).
