Description
Provides a wide range of outpatient behavioral health services to individuals with emotional, psychiatric, behavioral, and interpersonal symptoms, including counseling and psychiatry for individuals with psychiatric and mood disorders. Services available via telehealth treatment.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; evening hours available Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday until 8pm.
Eligibility
Individuals 18 years and older with acute or chronic conditions requiring long- or short-term treatment. Specializes in serving patients with a history of multiple psychiatric hospitalizations. In addition, treatment can be provided to less acute conditions such as symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.
Although based in Erie County for in-person services, telehealth services are available for persons residing throughout New York State.

Intake Process
Call for more information or to make an appointment, or walk in. Bring photo ID and proof of income.
Program Fees
Accepts all insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. Some insurance will only pay for certain programs, but a sliding fee option is available.

Language line is used for interpreting services.
