Case/Care Management, Protection and Advocacy for Individuals With Disabilities
Description
Works with individuals with intellectual or development disabilities and their families to find the best OPWDD services and supports to meet their needs.

Additional services include: assistance with Social Security, food stamps and other benefits, brokerage for self-directed services, assistance with legal guardianship, and temporary or long-term advocacy for those with disabilities.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Eligibility
Can be any age, but must have a diagnosis of a developmental disability before age 22.
