A free, confidential program providing evidence-based services to state residents who want to stop smoking, vaping, or using other forms of tobacco.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 9am-9pm; Friday-Sunday, 9am-5pm.
24-hour access to recorded motivational messages and automated chat support (quit coaches only available during operational hours).

Eligibility
Open to New York State residents who want to stop smoking or vaping. For free patches, gum, or lozenge must be interviewed or assessed for eligibility by calling or enrolling online.
