Description
Dedicated to the prevention, identification, and treatment of orphan diseases and the welfare of people afflicted by these devastating illnesses through information and referral, advocacy, networking program, biomedical research grant program, and Patient Assistant Programs. Patient Assistant Programs provide medication, financial assistance with insurance premiums and co-pays, diagnostic testing assistance, and travel assistance for clinical trials or consultation with disease specialists.
