Volunteer opportunities include the roles of office support, individuals who assist with the logistics of making wishes come true, and wish granters who interview children and families throughout WNY who have applied to have a wish granted.

Children ages 2.5 to 18 years old with a critical and potentially life-threatening medical condition.
