Description
Services include:
- Senior citizen case management services
- Housing related services, including emergency repair programs, a home weatherization assistance program, and an affordable home ownership program (see separate listing for Home Ownership Assistance)
- GED prep, work skills training, and ESL classes
- A clothing closet
Owns and manages multiple affordable apartment complexes in the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood and facilitates a permanent supportive housing program (see listings for Hope Gardens and Housing First).
Provides screening for the Medicaid 1115 waiver, which connects eligible individuals and families with housing related services.
