A hub dedicated to cultivating inclusive and adaptive leaders to deepen connections that drive civic responsibility, professional development, and community impact throughout the Greater Buffalo region. We accomplish this mission through 5 signature programs:
Class Experience: A comprehensive leadership development program designed for established professionals in the Greater Buffalo region who are ready to enhance their skills, challenge their perspectives, and make a lasting impact on their organizations and community.
Rising Leaders: A leadership development program tailored for emerging professionals and new managers in the Greater Buffalo area who want to enhance their leadership skills, deepen their understanding of servant leadership principles, and grow both personally and professionally.
Youth Leadership: A leadership program designed for motivated high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors across the Greater Buffalo region who are eager to develop their leadership skills, collaborate with peers, and explore ways to become active, impactful leaders in their communities.
Experience Buffalo: A program designed for senior executives new to the Buffalo/Niagara Region and their partners or spouses to quickly connect with the community, learn about regional culture and history, and build meaningful relationships during their transition to Buffalo.
Leadership Buffalo Essentials: A flexible leadership development program for both emerging and established leaders in the Greater Buffalo area who want to enhance their leadership skills and broaden their perspectives but cannot commit to the full-year programs, focusing on servant leadership principles and community impact.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
