Description
* Currently providing free, expedited, limited-scope transportation to community members on the East Side of Buffalo (zip codes 14208, 14209, 14211, and parts of 14214) while TOPS on Jefferson Avenue is closed. This transportation is being provided for the purposes of grocery shopping, getting medicines at the pharmacy, and therapy appointments. To schedule a transportation request for one of these purposes, call 716-406-8311 ext. 103. *
Provides transportation for physically-challenged and older (60 and up) adults for medical and social appointments, errands, and shopping. Also offers companion and wellness visits, friendly phone calls, and respite services. Services are provided by trained volunteers.

Transportation for Grocery Shopping while East Side TOPS is closed: Residents of zip codes 14208, 14209, 14211, and parts of 14214.
Regular Services: Must be over 60 or disabled.

In-home interview by Hearts & Hands staff to assess needs, limitations, and health concerns.
