Description
Works to help individuals with disabilities achieve their fullest potential in their aspirations for the future. Offers residential, employment, family support, and habilitation programs for both children and adults with disabilities.

Programs include benefits/entitlements, counseling, adaptive technologies, family reimbursement, service coordination/case management, residential habilitation, and both in-home and out-of-home respite (day, evening, and overnight) for developmentally disabled persons of all ages, as well as parenting skills education for parents of developmentally disabled children. Transportation to and from medical appointments, residential habilitation, and respite provided to family support eligible individuals.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Residential programs are always open.

Varies by program. Most programs serve individuals with developmental disabilities.
