Description
Helps families prevent and end homelessness. Offers Eviction Prevention, Shelter Diversion, Temporary Housing and Stabilization services. Family must have children to qualify for services.

Please note: All persons experiencing homelessness must be referred to FPWNY through the Department of Social Services. FPWNY cannot accept walk-ins for emergency housing needs.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Eligibility
Families with children experiencing homelessness. The family is recognized as whomever the child regards as their immediate family.

Service Area: WNY.

Intake Process
Call for Eviction Prevention, Shelter Diversion, or Stabilization services. If you have no place to sleep tonight, go through intake with the Department of Social Services to be referred to FPWNY or call 211 if afterhours. No walk-in service available.

No stairs. Handicapped-accessible restroom. Kitchen available for guests to cook if they have special dietary needs.
