Description
Provides family-centered home and community visits with a variety of therapeutic interventions to strengthen and preserve the family unit. Works to keep families and children/youth together. Provides basic need supports and linkages to community resources to ensure seamless integration of care for the whole family. Families receive home-based intervention and services bi-weekly for 3-12 months. Services are flexible to meet the needs of the family, with support through the Family Helpline for friends, relatives, and neighbors concerned about children.

Call the Family Helpline when:
- You feel alone and isolated as a parent
- Your child has special needs or behavior problems
- You feel so frustrated that you worry you may lose control and hurt your child
- Your child pushes your limits
- Problems with your teenager never seem to end
- You question your ability to parent
- You have no means to provide essential basic needs for your child's well-being (for example formula, diapers, pack 'n' play, car seat, etc.)

Helpline: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Office: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
