Description
Provides a variety of services which include the following:
Child Care Center offers an innovative full day of learning with a Certified Teacher and Support Staff. Provides a hands-on, minds-on curriculum based on scientific research using the Houghton Mifflin Pre-K Curriculum. Program offers nutritious meals, enclosed playground, full size gym, 5 lane lap pool with certified lifeguard, locker rooms, multi-purpose rooms, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, art room, game room, and computer lab.
SACC-School Age Child Care is for children ages 5-12 years old, with an Evening Program for youth ages 14-21. Provides a safe environment for youth to participate in recreational, educational, and mentoring activities.
Senior Citizen Program offers regular activities, including arts and crafts, bingo, field trips, nutritious lunch program, exercise classes, workshops, and more.
Adult Education Program helps with attaining the fundamentals necessary to create a successful future; call 716-845-0485 x206. For Department of Social Service Assistance, call 716-845-0485 x219.
Serves as a City of Buffalo warming center when temperatures are below 15 degrees. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.
