Provides civil legal advice and representation by staff and volunteer attorneys. Also provides legal advice and representation for non-profit groups assisting the disabled, elderly, and people experiencing poverty. No help available for criminal matters.

Eligibility
Families with income below 200% of the federally established poverty level.
