Provides civil legal advice and representation by staff and volunteer attorneys. Also provides legal advice and representation for non-profit groups assisting the disabled, elderly, and people experiencing poverty. No help available for criminal matters.

- Family Law: divorce, adoption, guardianship, stand-by guardianship, name change, and non-parent custody petitions
- Consumer/bankruptcy
- Debt collection defense
- Real property/small estate
- Torts cases
- Eviction defense
- Legal documents for the elderly and terminally ill
- Not-for-profit group representation
- Immigration
- Tax foreclosures and income tax issues

Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Eligibility
Families with income below 200% of the federally established poverty level.

Free services based on financial eligibility.
