End of Life Vigil Services, Hospice Care
Description
Comfort Care home for the terminally ill with life expectancy of 3 months or less. End of Life Doula program provides doula to provide support (physical, emotional, and spiritual) and guidance through the dying process. Services are provided without cost to the resident.
Hours
Office: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm.
Operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Eligibility
Residents of Genesee, Wyoming, Orleans, and Erie Counties with a terminal illness and medical prognosis of 3 months or less to live.
Intake Process
Call Crossroads House at 585-343-3892 to make a referral.
