Description
* Provides COVID-19 testing via mobile health care unit, Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Call 716-986-9199 for information. Patients with primary care providers should first contact their provider for a referral for a test. *

Offers complete primary medical and dental care for entire family. Telehealth visits are now available in addition to face-to-face visits. Services include health maintenance, rapid HIV test (15 minutes), tuberculosis testing (by appointment), complete lab services, on-site pharmacy, GYN services, social work services, short-term counseling, pediatrics, full dental care, rapid lead testing for children, personalized education for chronic illnesses, and smoking cessation.

Family Planning Benefits Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals and families who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services. Program is intended to increase access to confidential family planning services and to enable individuals of any age and sex to prevent or reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancies.
