Aging in Place Membership Organizations/Networks
Description
A membership organization that helps members age in place. Reduces social isolation through innovative programs such as monthly lunch outings, movies, monthly speakers that engage and inform, monthly mindfulness seminars, outings and more.
Also offers door-to-door transportation to members' medical, social, and other appointments. A friendly call program checks in weekly, updates members on events, and takes requests for transportation, technology help, and more.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Eligibility
Seniors (ages 62 years and older) living in the downtown Delaware District neighborhood of Buffalo and surrounding neighborhoods: eastside, westside, and waterfront. Please call to confirm residency within the service area.

Program Fees
For those whose annual income is below $39,000, membership costs $180 per year.
For those whose annual income is above $39,000, membership costs $460 per year for a single membership and $660 per year for a 2-person household.
