Provides consumer/business complaint handling and processing, business reliability reports, consumer information and education, information and referral, arbitration for business problems, and a public information and complaint line.
BBB Charity Review: Evaluates a charity's audited financials, Form 990, annual report, fundraising materials, and policy documents against BBB's 20 Standards for Charity Accountability to ensure transparency and trust. There is no cost to the charity or donor. Charitable organizations meeting all 20 standards achieve BBB Charity Accreditation.
Wise Giving Alliance: Charity evaluation to help donors make informed giving decisions. Standards for Charity Accountability were developed to advance standards of conduct among organizations that solicit contributions and foster public confidence.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: Designed for a wide range of companies and individuals, offers legally binding arbitration services as an alternative to court for most automobile, property, warranties, matrimonial and other disputes.
BBB Scam Tracker: An education site to help consumers avoid common scams that unscrupulous people use to commit consumer fraud, find out about current scams, and report suspicious activity.
BBB Auto Line: Auto warranty dispute resolution program providing an out-of-court program to settle automotive disputes.
