Description
Provides information and referral, support groups, education for patient and family, cookbooks, meal planners, membership, and publications such as informational pamphlets for managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. In addition, organization is responsible for recognizing health care providers and diabetes education programs that meet rigorous criteria for excellence.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm (call first).
