Description
The Alzheimer's Association, WNY Chapter offers a wide range of educational and supportive services to caregivers, individuals living with dementia, professionals in the field, and the community at large. Specifically, the Chapter offers community education, caregiver education, support groups, in-person and virtual care consultation, information and referral, early stage programming, lending library, advocacy, and a professionally staffed 24-hour helpline. Also provides linkage to clinical trials, respite, safety services, and free legal consultations for individuals living with dementia and their care partners.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm by appointment only.

Helpline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Intake Process
Intake is conducted over the phone or in person at Chapter programs and events.

Program Fees
No fees for most services; donations welcome.

Languages
English and Spanish; also offers access to a language line that can handle over 200 languages.
