The Alzheimer's Association, WNY Chapter offers a wide range of educational and supportive services to caregivers, individuals living with dementia, professionals in the field, and the community at large. Specifically, the Chapter offers community education, caregiver education, professional training, support groups, in-person care consultation, information and referral, linkage to clinical trials, early stage programming, respite, safety services, lending library, advocacy, and a professionally staffed 24-hour helpline.

Intake Process
Intake is conducted over the phone or in person at Chapter programs and events.
Program Fees
No fees for most services; donations welcome. There is a cost for some literature and training.

English and Spanish; also offers access to a language line that can handle over 200 languages.
