Description
Provides public education, advocacy, and legal counsel for those whose civil liberties have been violated by the government, legislators, or public officials. Civil liberties are the fundamental rights embodied in the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution, such as the freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to demonstrate, equal protection, and due process of law. Provides information and referral for general legal questions as well as information on voting rights.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm.
Eligibility
Service Area: Genesee, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, & Yates Counties.
