Description
Provides area employers with a quality workforce that enables them to prosper and grow, while enabling job seekers to achieve quality education, training, and meaningful careers.
Youth Services: Out-of-School Youth Programs are for eligible at-risk youth ages 16-24. Youth are provided with a career coach and options like On-the-Job Training, Internships, and Occupational Training, with the goal of helping them overcome barriers and obstacles so they can get additional training, secondary education, and employment. Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) is for youth ages 14 and over meeting eligibility requirements. Youth have a career counselor for support and assistance with developing a budget and starting toward their career goals.
Job Seeker Services: Offers job-seeking customers help in selecting the appropriate career, developing a plan to assure success, and securing financial assistance to cover the costs of their training.
Business Services: Job Fairs and Recruitment, Customer Service Training, On-The-Job Training (OJT), Subsidized Work Experience/Trials, Tax Credit, Classroom Training Programs, Employee Assessment, and Recruitment/Screening opportunities.
Assessment Services: Helps make the best use of individuals' unique talents and personalities to assure career success. Career Exploration, Interest Evaluation, Personality Indicator, Aptitude Testing, Educational Levels (TABE), Physical Capabilities Evaluation, Work Simulated Test Units, and Work Keys offered.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Eligibility
Unemployed and under-employed adults, high school students, dropouts, out-of-school youth, public assistance recipients, and others who have barriers inhibiting them from securing and retaining employment.
