Description
Help people with cancer overcome financial barriers by assisting them with the out-of-pocket costs associated with insurance premiums, co-payments and deductibles in order to access chemotherapy and targeted treatment medications.

Monday-Thursday, 9am-7pm; Friday, 9am-5pm.
Eligibility
Visit the organization website to view current covered cancer diagnoses. Patients must meet certain financial, insurance and medical criteria. Patient's income must be at or below 500% of the federal poverty level. The primary cancer diagnosis must match a fund that is open and available for enrollment. Some funds are restricted to only patients with federal health insurance coverage such as Medicare or Tricare (military insurance). Patients must be US citizens or documented legal residents of the United States.
