Description
Court has jurisdiction over vehicle and traffic matters, small claims, evictions, civil matters and criminal offenses.
Hours
Court: Tuesdays, 5:00pm; District Attorney Night: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:00pm; court personnel to accept court fines: 1st Wednesday, 6:00pm-7:00pm.
Eligibility
Residents of the Town of Alexander or those who have commtted a crime in the Town of Alexander.
Intake Process
Walk-in on date and time of summons.
Program Fees
Varies according to offense and fine. Court fines are payable only to the Town Court and may be done in person or by mail.
They may be paid only with cash or a money order payable to the "ALEXANDER TOWN COURT", or with a VISA or MASTER CHARGE card.
